Returns and Refunds 

The OdorHog vent pipe filters are guaranteed to eliminate odors that originate from your vent pipes. If they do not solve your problem, please return them within 90 days for a refund. We do not refund shipping costs. There are some cases where a restocking fee is applied.

Please do not ship the product back to us without emailing us first and receiving a return authorization number. Please include a copy of your order information so that we are able to find your transaction quickly and issue a prompt refund.

Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.  Valid payment is required prior to orders being shipped.

Shipping Policy

Valid on purchases over $59. Offer only valid for the contiguous lower 48 states. Offer not valid for Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S Territories

Turnaround

Orders are SHIPPED SAME DAY from Arizona, if placed Monday - Friday prior to 1PM Arizona Time.

UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. For example, a package shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air on Thursday, will arrive on Monday.

 

 

US and International Shipping

OdorHog.com ships to customers within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.  We also ship to Canada.

For our Canadian friends, all prices on our website are in US Dollars. The item price and the shipping cost does not include any custom fees or import taxes that may be due from the shipping carrier. The shipping carrier may contact you to process those fees.

Carriers

At OdorHog.com, our preferred carrier is UPS. If you select FREE SHIPPING or FLAT RATE SHIPPING, we will look at several ground shipping options, including USPS and UPS Ground to see which is the better option for your specific order.

Estimate Shipping and Tax Prior to Ordering

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your zip code. You can ESTIMATE SHIPPING AND TAX on your order by clicking on the SHOPPING CART button in the upper right corner of the screen, then click the ESTIMATE SHIPPING AND TAX button.
